Question about the Aldens...

I heard a few mentioning that Aldens help your posture and I was wonderin' if this is so? Because my parents, grandparents, and sometimes my aunt keep on complaining that, "Short Round, if you keep on walking with your head down like that your back will be slumped like that when you're older and you'll look like a hunchback" And I kind of find it ridiculous. I was wondering if the Aldens really help posture and in what way. Thanx in advance, see ya, Shorty.
