Not only do you have to carry these heavy backpacks on your back which makes you walk all screwed up, but you also have to sit down for hours at a time. And we all did this when we were young, and we can blame all our future back problems on school. Luckily, now that I'm in college, I've got a couple of classes a day and instead of a backpack, I use my Indy shoulder bag which allows me to run, jump, climb, etc. without weighing me down.
