: Ahhhhh!! They're cloning pigs! That's right, brought to you by those crazy guys who brought you Dolly the Wonder Sheep comes five new genetic creations, the Pig Brothers! Anyway, the REAL subject of this post is to suggest the idea of cloning Harrison Ford. Hey, how bad could it be? That way there can be all new young Indy movies and he would grow up to actually look like Harrison Ford and there would be continuance in the Indy movies! We could call him Mini-Harry or something. Well, that's my absurd thought for the day, but mark my words: humans WILL be cloned one day. That's the whole point of these little "pet" experiments they're doing on animals, finding a way to create unnatural human beings! I, for one, am not really for it, but I can't stop it or change these psychos' minds!

I agree that cloning people is wrong, but I support the effort of the Dolly engineers, because I believe that if we could refine cloning techniques, it benefits man, and not by cloning him. After we figure out how to clone a complex animal, the next step is to figure out how to clone a piece of an animal. Think about it....you're an old man dying in your bed of kidney failure or liver cancer or lung cancer and some doctor comes up to you and says, listen if we can scrape a few cells off ya, we can grow you a new kidney/liver/lung/whatever and it'll be ready for transplant in a couple days, and it will be a perfect match with zero chance of rejection...you can't tell me that won't be cool. But yes, cloning an entire person serves no practical purpose IMHO other than to spark a HUGE philosophical debate.

Brian K.
