Rather it was her twin sister (kidding) or someone who really, really sounds like her, and she is the one who catches Indy and Henry Sr. tied to the chair when the fireplace/trapdoor is set off. She's the one who yells something in German and it sounds like this: ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLEUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!! It sure does sound like her, though, doesn't it?
