Okay - the teensy weensy hints:

He's not credited but did it as a favour to Lucas and Speilberg and to his mate, Michael Sheard - who played Hitler. You can see him in the Nazi Rally sequence walking alongside Hitler, Goering etc.

He's incredibly well known to Indyfans because he played a major part in Raiders.
