Book in Raiders...

Okay, I know that the book Indy uses to show the Ark in at the beginning of the movie was probably just a prop, but is there a book that deals solely with ancient artifacts and relics? I know that there must be, but I haven't really delved into the search too much, because I have the upmost faith that one of you will spout off a title for me and save me an hour of searching on the net or a trip to the local library. Thanks a lot guys!
