I'll definitively second bud-arc on this one, but be sure to visit the Oriental Institute Museum specifically, at the Uni. Nothing exactly Indy-related, but tons of great archaeology...

The U-boat at the Museum of Science and Industry is a Type IX oceanic boat (the U-505), a lot bigger than Raiders' Type VII, but you should still be able to get the overall feel of how Indy must've felt on one. :)
