Memories Friends and 8 x 10s

I don't know if anyone else has got the making of raiders video ( came with the trilogy in the UK) but right at the end one of the stunt men claims evrything boils down to "memories, friends an 8 x 10s". The song of the same name then comes on with pictures of the truck chase, and this had me and my friends in absolute stiches, even though it did belittle the whole stunt. Is there something i'm missing here, is that a famous song in the U.S.? It says in the credits that it was recorded especially for the production, very funny though!
