Most of the funniest parts have either Henry or Marcus in them...

(Indy's elbow knocks him off the tank)
Henry: Where's Marcus?!

Or how 'bout the part where Marcus hits the Nazi over the head with the bottle. Just the way he does it, with the Nazi looking up at him and Marcus is making this weird face and then he jerkily brings it down, all in a few seconds. Funny. Well, maybe it's funnier when you actually watch the scene...

And then, of course, there's this one..
Henry: What are you doing?! Get down?
Indy: Dad, we're well out of range-
(Falling bomb noise)
BOOOM!!!
(Burning wheel rolls past)
Sallah: The car belonged to my brother-in-law!

And, of course, Indy falling down the steps. Ah, the memories.
