Ah! Thanks for clearing that up. Actually that makes the most sense, too, since (in my opinion) Indiana Jones isn't very "Indy" in the Temple of Doom (apparently that experience changed him into the more "mature" lovable Indy that we enjoy so much!) In fact, we never really liked the second movie very much and were going to get rid of it but our son--who was about 11 at the time--begged us to let him keep it. So we did. He (now 13)was home sick yesterday and decided to watch it again after having not seen it for a very long time. He couldn't sit through it and decided to watch Raiders, instead. (This is what prompted my question about timelines in the first place.)
