And as to the pants, I had my usual size sent to me, and it fit fine, though a bit snug in the seat, but then I blame the individual shoving his rump into the pants, not the pants themselves (grins). You may want to fudge a bit on the waist, depending on how your girth is faring with age, but the length is indeed unhemmed, and you'll more than likely want to have that done at home when it arrives, rather than see if it can be done before shipment.
