Something to think about when paying Wested...from a banker in the U.S. You may want to take a look at the exchange rate for the pound vs. the U.S. Dollar before picking a way to pay Wested. For example, today the exchange rate is 1.59 dollars:1 pound, which means a jacket which costs a total of 155 pounds today would actually cost you $246.45. That's $31.54 less that the advertised U.S. dollar price if you pay in dollars. The best way to pay Wested is by an international draft, which should be available at your local bank. Basically, this is a check written off your account in pounds instead of dollars.

OK, that's my two cents as a banker. I don't know if that would hold up delivery of your jacket, but if you want to pay less than $278, you can. For any other banking questions, feel free to contact me! I should be ordering my Wested within the next couple months!
