My hat size is 7 1/4, and thats what I ordered in the Miller hat and they fit just fine. The same with the stetsons and the GW. Now the Akubra was a different thing altogether. The 7 1/4 they sent me was a little loose, but after wetting to shape, it shrunk to the right size. I would order your regular size, and as long as you don't get the miller real wet, it should be fine. regards, steve
