I heard of this, too. I think it is exclusive to the Lucasfilm archives, that is, not available to the public. I remember one website out there about a lucky guy invited to the Skywalker Ranch, and he mentioned he got to see some private things, including a reel of bloopers, or something. Anyway, it'd be nice to find Skywalker Ranch, break into it, and find all things Indy that are unknown to the public (there must be thousands!).
