I don't agree with her pan of 'Raiders' -- I don't agree with a lot of her reviews but I still enjoy reading her. The reason she was so critical is that she was so passionate about movies as a form of art. Plus, she was a big early supporter of Spielberg, and never liked Lucas much. She apparently felt that 'Temple' was more of a Spielberg film than 'Raiders' was. And I gotta say, despite the fact that she basically dissed 'Raiders', she was the ONLY critic at the time I can think of who even thought to mention the scene where a fly walks into Belloq's mouth. The woman had attention to detail.
