Hmmm...I never heard of this Phantom Menace expanded soundtrack before, but it sure intrigues and entices me. I'd sure like to get my hands on that action. From the sounds of it, it seems like another fan bootleg soundtrack hot on the tracks of the Indy/Last Crusade expanded soundtrack (or vice versa). Anyway, I found a link leading to some information on this 2-CD set, but I can't seem to access it right now. So maybe you can try it and find out some more information. Here 'tis:
