Questions about the leather jacket ...

Can anyone tell me the difference between the "normal" jacket and the "predistressed" jacket? I'm not up on my leather lingo.

Also, has anyone ordered the actual LucasFilm licensed jacket, and is it really that much worse than the Wested in terms of quality?
