If you watch carefully, when Indy flips the Grail Diary in Henry's house, you can see that the crucifiction drawing is BEFORE the stained glass. But in venice, when Indy opens the Diary to compare the drawing witrh the stained glass, you can see the same picture AFTER the stained glass...
