Although the scenes you say have been cut from the film, they are in the bloody interview with Lucas \ Spielberg after the film.

If they cut the scenes from the film to get the PG certificate, then HOW THE HELL CAN THEY PUT THEM ON THE VIDEO AT THE END AND STILL GET ONE?
