Yes, so far, I'm not very happy with snap.com. However maybe some of the following info will be helpful. Let me know if you have more problems. Your username also may not have been approved yet when you tried to log in. Try it now.

Tips:

Does your username have an underscore instead of a space? Spaces are not available.

Use the user name and password exactly as it was assigned to you. The names are not case sensitive, so JOE, joe, and Joe are the same.

If the user name contains spaces, enter the name without spaces, e.g. Joe Smith would be joesmith.

Check to see if cookies are enabled in your browser. The sign-in process will not work without this.
