Not by that title, but Republic pictures did two serials about Nyoka, "Jungle Girl", and "Perils of Nyoka" which featured a collapsing room full of spikes, the heroine, Nyoka, being lowered into a pit of lava and flushed from a cave by a torrent of water. Sound familiar somehow.......
