Wested Jacket Thought

I was watching the Last Crusade, and I noticed at the very begining of the movie that the guy who gave Indy his fedora had on a great looking jacket. I would assume that Wested made his jacket, you know who I'm talking about, the guy who says " You lost today kid but you don't have to like it." Can anyone confirm that Wested made that jacket. If they did I would be interested in getting it.
