I doubt we will ever see an Indy SE, first off because the only thing you could do to the movie is enhance the picture and sound quality. Unlike Star Wars, the Indiana Jones trilogy doesnt use a lot of special effects, so that is out of the question. And as for adding cut scenes, Lucas has never commented on adding anything that was cut out back in to the films. We probably wouldn't see a great a public response as we did for the Star Wars SE either.
