Andrea,
the Colt New Service is now considered a collector's item as
production stopped after WWII. It is pretty hard to find a good
Colt to a fair price at the conventional gun stores. You may be
lucky enough to find one in good condition to a relatively fair
price (Michaelson estimated about $350), which is a fair price
for a good condition WWI revolver. You may also try to get in
contact with other collectors.
