I picked up my pieces at random through stumbling on them at a good price over the years.
jacket at antique clothing show: $25
hat at Goodwill store: $2
revolver at gun show: $195
holster at flea market: $5
trousers: free
shirt: $6
shoes (period look purchased new through Penney's catalog 15 years ago): $40
Mark VII shoulder bag at flea market: $3
