I purchased a Indy Cloverleaf lighter from "The Studio" http://netmar.com/~studio/zippo/ tel:304-897-5065 US it cost me $39.95 plus shipping. It is not shown in the on line catalog but is shown as a third place in the "win gold zippo" as a third prize.
