I e-mailed Noel once and he never returned my e-mail. I e-mailed him a few months later and he e-mailed me back the very next day. He apologized for not e-mailing me the first time. And he answered my question. So maybe write him again in a week. I'm sure he probaly hasn't got around to writing you back, but give it a little time and write him again. Good luck, Bye,
