Indiana Miller

I'm thinking about getting a Miller, the #257(I think? Whichever one's unbashed) but Im a bit curious about replacing the ribbon with an authentic looking petersham. Can anyone post a step-by-step process of exactly what to do with this ribbon after I purchase it? Im assuming Im going to have to make the bow, and cut it just so, but I have no clue.... Thanks a bunch! -Steve
