I know this doesn't confirm anything, but I found it to be an interesting place to find mention of Indy on DVD. I picked up a videogame magazine call Incite over the weekend (Lennox Lewis is on the cover), and there is an article on the new Playstation 2. One section talks about the ability to play DVDs on it, and has a list of 4 or 5 "Hot" DVDs coming out this fall with the "Indiana Jones Collection" listed among them.
