Sorry to actually KNOW such arcane knowledge, but Indy's birthday is July 1st, 1899; that would make him 38 or 39 in LAST CRUSADE.

I personally think that when Henry calls him 'Indiana' (for the first time ever, probably), it's to show that his son is finally more important to him than the Grail, the object of his life's work, which is what divided father and son, after all. 'Indiana' isn't just some goofy nickname; it's who his son is, and he finally acknowledges it at the end of LAST CRUSADE.
