The upskirt shot is definately a stunt double

On the video, "Great Stunts, the Making of Raiders of the Lost Ark" they show the filming of that scene and talk about Karen Allen's stunt double (I forget her name). The shot from above of Marion hanging on for dear life is Karen and was shot at a different time just like we see scenes of Indy being dragged behind the truck; some shots are a stuntman and the close-ups are Harrison.

Incidentally, when this subject came up last week there was some discussion as to what color panties the double is wearing. They're black. I can't see how anyone (and a few people here swear it) could mistake them for white. I don't think Marion would wear white undies anyway.
