It was eluded to in the Young Indy episode where Indy was about 10 years old and went to China, got sick and had to recieve acupuncture. He asked his mom if he was going to die like "Blank" (I totally forgot her name, and I can't find the videotape. Lucasfilm truly needs to get moving on this). Anyway, his mom replied something along the lines of "No, your sister was very little and couldn't fight". Sorry about not being exact here... But Indy did indeed have a sister.

I should have said he has "no living siblings."
