Actually that's what I determine as disorientation. It's like he finally gets up there and he's saying, "Whoa, what a rush!" and he is deciding what to do next. And he seems to run his fingers through his hair when he puts his hand to his head. Definitely not dancing, but he looks awesome while doing so. No wonder all those guys are cheering him!
