A website you should check out.

I found this website called Nitpickers that lists flubs from hundreds of films all contributed by web surfers. There's a section on each of the Indy films along with lots of others. Most of the flubs are gonna be ones you already know about and some are flubs that we know are not flubs at all (like the appearance of the Golden gate bridge in "Raiders.")
Anyhoo, you should all take a look.
