That's actually a good idea. I'm sure he'd be up to the idea of e-mailing you. Think of it this way: If you keep in touch with him for 5+ years or something, then he's bound to fall in love with you. Plus, that way, you'd always be his "pupil." And then the next time you meet, you'll be closer to his age and you can live happily ever after...blah, blah, blah.

P.S. That's another thing; his age. Please tell me he isn't a ripe Harrison Ford 58 year old! :)
