There's a dire Weird Al Yankovic film called UHF which has a spoof of Raiders of the Lost Ark at the start.

Lots of episodes of The Simpsons (can't remember the exact episodes)

In Notting Hill, Hugh Grant refers at the start to his wife leaving him for a man who looked exactly like Harrison Ford and later on says she's left him faster than you could say Indiana Jones.
