But when mixed properly, it turned milky. If not mixed, it is clear but hard to drink. And it almost always came from France.
A always thought it could have been vermouth, although it is usually not that strong. Yet the French were quite fond of it and back then it was still made from wormwood which was toxic and gave it some extra kick! Maybe it was just schnapps... Fall Guy
