Hi Dale, nice to see you back online again. That is a great idea, however; a couple people beat you too it already. The first is the Whip Enthusiasts group located at http://www.egroups.com/group/WhipEnthusiasts

Yahoo also has a whip site that kind of resembles a forum over at http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/thebullwhipexpertsclub You might want to check them out, before you decide if you want to start another.
