On the subject of email it seems to depend on which address you send to. As far as I can tell the email gets checked once a week at best so a phone call or fax may get a faster response. Also Peter had his modem die on him a few weeks back and has only recently replaced it so that could explain some of the delays.

I'm sure that Wested is a good company and that Peter stands by his work (doing this as a favor to consumers) but I wonder sometimes how organized the company is. I think I may have to break down and call again because my emails go unanswered.
