You make up a simulated character (mine's named Rudie) and make him live his life. You have to control him and make him eat, go to work, have relationships, bathe, the whole nine yards. Most aggrivating game in history! It's made by Maxis, the company that made Simcity. One time, in Simcity 2000, I made a city where all the streets and buildings were named for Indiana Jones characters! No lie!
