In my comment "sometimes the customer IS wrong", I neglected an important point in the rush to post the remarks. Yes, once a customer has paid for a product or service, they deserve prompt and courteous responses to reasonable requests. My intent was to point out that just because a segment of customers exists for a product, it does not mean you are obligated to provide it. Unfortuantely, I chose a backwards-ass way of saying it.

Wested-mob? Yea, I guess it can look that way sometimes. Maybe I need a new hobby?
