Sure, obviously no ones obligated to provide anything just b/c a bunch of people want it. THANK GOD! I'm banking on this so there won't be another Mummy movie!

Yes, once a customer has paid for a product or service, they deserve prompt and courteous responses to reasonable requests. My intent was to point out that just because a segment of customers exists for a product, it does not mean you are obligated to provide it. Unfortuantely, I chose a backwards-ass way of saying it.
