When ordering from Wested I (look who's talking!) recommend the following:

1. Order by fax.
2. Have Peter confirm your order and make sure you get the correct order number.
3. Check the status every few weeks (e-mail OK, but expect up to 4 days for a reply), but don't go hogwild...
4. As soon as the jacket is dipatched, get the tracking number.

You may want to consider having the jacket sent with a different carrier, like FedEx or UPS (both available in the UK)
