My order was filled 4 years ago, and through my communications with Mr.Morgan assured that it was his handiwork. From what he told me they distribute the workload and receive close supervision from David Morgan himself. Who knows how things may have changed, but Mr.Morgan takes great pride in his work. You should feel confident that the whip you receive is as good as from his own hands.
