Well, I appreciate your suggestions. At this point, I'm not willing to go to that extreme yet. I will keep your thoughts in mind though. If I have to wait more than 4 months for the jacket, that will be the straw that breaks the camel's back, and I will try to reverse the charge's etc.

You know, a lot of people have complained that people like me don't need to be bitching online about the jacket problems, but at least people will become more educated about what's involved in buying a Wested.
