While I prefer Jones' whip, one of my old history profs (wait a minute, they were all old!) was a former English teacher and an all 'round language snob who once told us that you're supposed to add the possessive "s". Although through common usage, the apostrophe after the final "s" in a word is okay nowadays, according to the same professor. Thank you Dr. Saunders!

PS So I guess the moral of this story is that they're both right, but the second "s" version is more right. Is "more right" proper grammar? Maybe I should ask Kent.... :)
