ROTLA Portfolio...

Does anybody know if a portfolio containing Jim Steranko & Michael Lloyd's pre-production paintings for 'Raiders' exists? Perhaps something similar to the 'Empire Strikes Back' portfolio that had 20 or so pieces of Ralph McQuarrie's art?

If this item does not exist, why? Son't you think it'd be great.
