Eyeglasses

Did the British Optical Importing Company supply all of the eyeglasses for the Indiana Jones movies, including the eyeglasses worn by the Gestapo agent in Raiders of the Lost Ark and the sunglasses worn by the Gestapo agents in The Last Crusade? If not does anybody know who did?
