: : That's right. I did not pay any customs fees. I also ordered a 46. It is a little tight around the shoulders. I'm trying to "stretch" it so my arms can move more freely. Don't laugh, but I actually inflated two volleyablls in each shoulder sleeve to try and get it to stretch a bit. I'll try it on again in a few weeks to see if it fits better.
