Derek Taylor's "Making of Raiders"

YES!
I got the book on eBay for $8.50, (PLEASE tell me I got a good deal!
<:( but I was rather surprised at the size of the book.
Perhaps I'm too used to "The Making of Tomorrow Never Dies", and other 12" by 12" colorful books, but Taylor's "novel" is about as large as one of the Ballantine novels by Max McCoy!!
What was the reason for this, and *gasp!* could I have been ceated out of a big book and gotten a small one????
